Situated near both the railway station and the metro station, this hotel offers convenience for travelers. Guests appreciate the prompt service, clean rooms, and modern bathroom fittings. the staff is described as extremely friendly and helpful, going out of their way to assist with technical issues such as connecting to the wifi or replacing a burnt-out laptop adapter. the hotel provides complimentary breakfast and a fast wifi connection.
The reception area could be more welcoming and smiling.

The hotel's location is incredibly convenient, being near the main market, the railway station, and the metro station. This makes it easy to explore the city and travel around. Furthermore, the rooms are spacious and clean, with attention to detail shown in the provision of clean bed sheets. I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were incredibly friendly and helpful, going out of their way to ensure I had a pleasant experience. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with nice attention to detail like fresh bed sheets. Additionally, the hotel's location near the metro station and market made it very convenient for exploring the city.
All was perfect during my stay at this hotel.

My Christmas stay was marred by some negative aspects. the noise levels in the hotel were high, and I was often disturbed by loud music and conversations.

Location and price were great, and the staff was friendly and helpful. It was awesome to be so close to the Christmas market and also to nearby shops and attractions. The room was clean and comfortable, which made it a nice place to relax after a long day of exploring. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious!
The hotel was quite noisy at night. We could hear people talking in the hallway and cars honking outside all night long.
